Bahan Membuat Brongkos

  5. Prepare of Santan cair (ibuk pake 1 santan instan + 750cc air).
  6. Prepare 250 cc of air kaldu.
  7. You need 10 buah of Cabe rawit utuh.
  8. It's of Daun salam.
  9. You need of Lengkuas di geprek.
  10. Prepare of Sereh di geprek.
  11. Prepare of Daun jeruk.
  12. It's 2 of telur rebus (bisa di skip).
  13. Prepare of Bumbu halus :.
  14. It's 3 siung of bawang putih (ibuk pake bawang kating).
  15. Prepare 5 buah of bawang merah.
  16. Prepare 3 of kemiri.
  17. It's 1 sdt of ketumbar bubuk.
  18. You need of Garam.
  19. You need 3 buah of kluwek.

Langkah Memasak Brongkos

  1. Daging di potong dadu rebus 1/2 matang (kalo ibuk di tambahin bawang putih cincang, karena ibuk gak pernah pake MSG atau ro*co/penyedap. Ibuk selalu memakai air kaldu daging tiap kali memasak).
  2. Haluskan semua bumbu halus, lalu tumis bumbu halus hingga harum.
  3. Setelah harum, masukkan daun salam, daun jeruk, lengkuas yang sudah di geprek, sereh yang sudah di geprek, cabe rawit utuh, telur serta labu siam dan telur rebus (jika suka).
  4. Masukkan potongan daging, tahu yang sudah di goreng dan air kaldu 250 cc hingga menyusut. Masukkan garam. Jika air sudah menyusut dan daging benar² empuk, masukkan santan cair. Masak hingga sedikit menyusut dan matang.
  5. Sajikan bersama lontong atau ketupat. #Akan lebih sedap jika di tambah pete.
