This creamy soy milk and miso soup is loaded with tender salmon and sweet carrots and turnips and is perfect for warming up on a cold winter's day. My daughter requested me to cook miso soup for her one night.

Bahan Membuat Salmon miso soup

  1. You need 1 pak of ikan salmon filet.
  2. It's 2 siung of bawang putih cincang.
  3. You need Seruas of jahe cincang.
  4. You need 1 sdt of garam.
  5. You need 1 sdt of kaldu ayam organik non MSG.
  6. Prepare 3 sdm of olive oil /minyak biasa untuk menumis.
  7. You need 30 gram of pasta miso.
  8. Prepare 600 ml of air.
  9. Prepare of Sayuran pelengkap(optional).
  10. You need 5 lembar of sawi hijau(potong 2 bagian).
  11. You need of Brokoli.
  12. Prepare 3 buah of jamur campignon.
  13. It's 1 pak of jamur shimeji putih.
  14. It's 1 batang of daun bawang,potong kecil-kecil.
  15. It's 1 sdm of bawang putih goreng.
  16. You need 3 buah of cabai rawit merah(optional).
  17. It's of Kecap asin (optional).

Langkah Memasak Salmon miso soup

  1. Potong filet ikan salmon.
  2. Cincang halus bawang putih dan jahe,lalu tumis sampai harum,sisihkan..
  3. Larutkan pasta miso dengan 3 sdm air hangat(karena katanya jangan masak pasta miso dengan air mendidih,karena bisa buat bakteri baiknya RIP alias mati😂).
  4. Didihkan 1/2 panci air(kira2 600-700ml)lalu masukan tumisan bawang putih dan jahe,.
  5. Tambahkan 1 sdt kaldu ayam non MSG dan 1 sdt garam.
  6. Masukan jamur.
  7. Masukan potongan ikan salmon,sawi,brokoli,cabe rawit utuh.
  8. Masak sebentar aja yaa,biar nutrisi ikan salmonnya gak hilang,jika terlihat sudah matang lalu matikan kompor,dan campurkan pasta miso nya,aduk dan tambahkan bawang putih goreng,sajikan..
